PRIVACY NOTICE

You have the right to access, correct, and cancel your personal data, as well as to oppose its processing or revoke the consent previously granted. Such requests must be submitted in writing, in Spanish, to the address of Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V., as indicated at the beginning of this notice, or sent via postal mail to the specified address, with the appropriate postage paid.

Your request for access, correction, cancellation, or opposition must include the following:

  • Your name and address or another means to communicate the response to your request.
  • Documents that prove your identity or, if applicable, legal representation.
  • A clear and precise description of the personal data for which you wish to exercise any of the aforementioned rights.
  • Any other element or document that facilitates locating the personal data.
  • Your signature.

The maximum response time to your request will be 15 business days from the date of receipt.

In compliance with legal obligations, your information may be shared with the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público) for the company’s monthly reporting purposes. If you do not express opposition to the transfer of your personal data, it will be understood that you have given your consent for such transfer.

Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V. may transfer personal data stored in its databases to government institutions that request it unless explicit opposition is expressed by the data owner.

We reserve the right to modify this notice, notifying you through visible announcements in our lodging establishments and/or personally via our staff when you visit our facilities. We may also use any other means provided by applicable legislation.

This privacy notice has been prepared in accordance with Articles 8, 10, 15, 16, 17, 33, and 36 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

In compliance with Article 10, Section IV of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the personal data requested by Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V. are intended to fulfill obligations arising from a legal relationship between the data owner (the guest) and the company, consisting of a lodging contract.
