Hotel Policies

Guarantee Policy
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.

Deposit Policy
The deposit required to confirm your reservation:

1 Night deposit

Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 72 hours before the arrival date to avoid charges.

No-Show Policy
In case of no-show, a one-night stay will be charged.

Extra Person Policy
An additional fee of $100.00 MXN will apply starting from the third person sharing the same room.

Children Policy

• Example 1: Children are considered up to 11 years old. From 12 years old, the child will be charged as an adult.
• Example 2: Two children under 12 years old may share the room with two adults.

Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.

Overbooking Policy
If the hotel is unable to provide the lodging service contracted by the guest through ZENTAURO SOLIUTIONS, the hotel will, at its own expense, find suitable alternatives of equal or greater benefit to those originally reserved.

• The hotel will cover the cost of one night’s stay, including taxes, at a similar hotel.
• Free transportation to the new hotel will be offered to the guest.
• The guest will be allowed at least one phone call to their home or office.
